Terms of Service

The rules for using Brewed — our mentorship marketplace.

Last updated: June 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Brewed (“we”, “us”, “the platform”) — the mentorship marketplace at brewed.app and related services.

By creating an account or using Brewed, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.

Sign-in is provided via Google OAuth. Keep your Google account secure. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

The marketplace

Brewed connects mentees with independent mentors for paid one-hour video sessions. Mentors are not employees, agents, or partners of Brewed.

We do not guarantee outcomes, employment, investment, or any particular result from a session. Mentorship is professional conversation — not regulated financial, legal, or medical advice unless the mentor is appropriately licensed and you have agreed otherwise in writing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to harass, discriminate, spam, scrape, reverse-engineer, or use Brewed for unlawful purposes.

Do not attempt to circumvent payments, fees, or session scheduling on the platform. Off-platform payment for sessions initiated on Brewed may result in account suspension.

Role-specific terms

Booking and paying for a session is governed by our Mentee Terms. Applying to mentor or receiving payouts is governed by our Mentor Terms. Those documents supplement these Terms where they apply to your role.

Fees

Brewed charges a platform service fee on paid sessions (shown at checkout). Stripe processing fees may also apply. Mentor payout amounts are calculated after platform and payment fees.

Content & reviews

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. session topics, reviews). You grant Brewed a license to display that content on the platform as needed to operate the service.

We may remove content or profiles that violate these Terms or harm the community.

Disclaimers & liability

Brewed is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brewed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any session.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the fees you paid to Brewed in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes & contact

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
